RSM International add third member firm in Japan

RSM International, the worldwide audit, tax and consulting network of independent firms, has further boosted its global client service coverage by admitting Japanese firm Seiwa Audit Corporation to the network. Seiwa Audit Corporation joins RSM International’s other two Japanese firms, RSM Sawamura & Co and Tokyo Kyodo Accounting Office, further strengthening RSM’s presence in the country. Together the three firms will be known as RSM Japan.
Seiwa Audit Corporation operates from its office in Tokyo, with 29 professional staff and nine partners. A large proportion of the firm's revenue is derived from audit, consulting and financial advisory services, and the staff has particular experience in IPOs for venture companies. The firm offers total support ranging from development of business plans and preparation of IPO application documents, to internal controls and the formulation of capital policies. These services perfectly complement those already provided by RSM Japan.

This announcement follows RSM International’s recent progression of RSM Stylianou SA to a full member firm in Greece. RSM Stylianou has been a correspondent firm of RSM International for many years.
