RSM Reveals New Brand

RSM International, one of the world’s largest global accountancy networks, has revealed a new logo and shortened name to become RSM.

Jean Stephens, CEO, RSM said, “This evolution of our name and brand mark reflects our growing connectivity and success as an integrated network.”

“We are increasingly known for having a strong personal approach and entrepreneurial awareness in our work with clients and with each other. This means taking the time to understand our clients in depth, and working with them flexibly, efficiently and passionately to help them realise their ambitions. It means connecting with clients in order to earn their trust and respect, and connecting with each other to bring the power of the network to our clients. We call this 'connected for success', a theme which will feature in our global advertising and communications over the coming year”

RSM is the brand used by a network of independent accounting and advisory firms each of which practices in its own right.  The network is not itself a separate legal entity of any description in any jurisdiction. The network is administered by RSM International Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 4040598) whose registered office is at 11 Old Jewry, London EC2R 8DU. The brand and trademark RSM and other intellectual property rights used by members of the network are owned by RSM International Association, an association governed by article 60 et seq of the Civil Code of Switzerland whose seat is in Zug.
